Alyssa Uchimura / Senior Associate – Alyssa earned her Bachelor in Psychology with a minor in Sociology-Organization Studies from the University of California, Davis and is currently working on her PhD in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University. She brings with her over six years of HR experience in compensation data gathering and analysis, classification analysis and development, performance management, affirmative action program development, and recruitment. Alyssa also has experience in designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research studies.
Since joining the firm, Alyssa has worked on over forty classification, compensation, recruitment, and other special HR projects for various county, city, and special district clients. She has managed several recruitment efforts for various positions ranging from entry-level to executive management. Alyssa has participated in various special projects like conducting exit interviews, retirement benefits studies, and HR audits.
