Tahoe-Truckee Sanitation Agency is recruiting for an individual who will serve as Assistant General Manager. The incumbent will provide highly responsible and complex management assistance to the General Manager and Board of Directors, specifically in the areas of finance, administration, human resources, and community outreach; coordinate and direct Agency-wide activities and operations; assist the General Manager in executing the long-term vision for the Agency in collaboration with the Board of Directors and department heads; provide leadership to Agency departments to enable department heads to effectively and efficiently maximize available resources; ensure quality of services provided to residents of the community; foster cooperative working relationships among Agency departments, member agencies, and with intergovernmental and regulatory agencies, and various public and private groups; and act as the General Manager in the General Manager’s absence. This is an at-will, FLSA exempt position.
